A semi-urban, Blue Flag beach about 560 m long, sheltered by breakwaters with calm, shallow water and a coarse, thick sand bottom shaped by a nearby torrent outflow, with patches of cobble and gravel. There is no surf break; a nautical school offers beginner windsurf and kitesurf tuition, plus swimming and snorkelling. Dogs are banned 1 April-31 October. Lifeguards operate 1 June-30 September, 10:00-19:00 daily, with an amphibious wheelchair available.
