Watersports here include surfing, SUP, kayaking, canoeing and windsurfing. Incoming tides can cut off routes along the cliff base. RNLI lifeguards patrol daily late May through September, 10am-6pm. Dogs banned from the main bathing area 1 May-30 Sep, allowed year-round beyond it.
