Fine sand with a gentle, shallow slope suits swimming; the bay is also used for bodyboarding, paddleboarding, kitesurfing and windsurfing, though limited fetch keeps swell small. No lifeguard post is confirmed here. Road access is seasonal with paid parking; a coastal footpath gives free access year-round. Dogs are permitted.
