A sheltered, ENE-facing sandy beach below Tenby's town walls, with sand and rock outcrops including Goskar Rock, walkable only at low tide and covered at high tide. Sheltered from the dominant SW Atlantic swell, it suits swimming, SUP, and calm-water paddling more than surfing. RNLI lifeguards patrol daily from around 17 June to early September, 10:00-18:00. Tidal range is large, roughly 7.5 m locally. Dogs banned 1 May-30 September.
