A tucked-away, SW-facing beach reached only via steep cliff steps, with a broad sandy expanse at low tide flanked by rock pools and rocky outcrops. It offers beach-break surf, popular with surfers and bodyboarders, though rip currents are well documented throughout the bay. The beach narrows sharply at high tide and can be cut off against the cliffs, so plan entry and exit around low tide. RNLI lifeguards patrol the main season; dogs allowed year-round.
