Sandy beach break, lefts and rights, rarely active for surf; suits swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, beginner surfing, with kite and windsurfing also practised. Swim zone flagged when lifeguards on duty: weekends June, daily July-August. Dogs leashed. A strong rip can form at the east end on an incoming tide.
