Reliable SW-W (Libeccio) thermals suit wind-powered sports — kitesurfing, sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding — though strong westerly winds can build shorebreak. Kitesurfing is reported tolerated here year-round. Municipal lifeguards (MNS) patrol on land and water from 1 July to 31 August. Jet-ski rental is available at the beach.
