A long (3.3 km), wide, fine-sand beach facing ESE, with a gently sloping bottom and Posidonia meadows offshore. Not a surf break - wind exposure instead makes it a venue for kitesurfing, windsurfing, SUP and kayaking, with a designated watersports channel running 1 June-15 September. Calm, shallow water otherwise suits family swimming. Sport fishing is banned from shore during bathing hours; camping is forbidden year-round. Lifeguard hours vary seasonally.
