Exposed to Levante and Gregal winds, generating short-period wind swell suited to beginner surf, windsurf and kitesurfing; kayaking and paddleboarding are also practised here. Otherwise it's a calm, family bathing beach. Lifeguard cover here is unconfirmed, though neighbouring beaches run a summer service. Tidal range is negligible.
