A wide, fine-sand beach stretching roughly 1.1 km along Formentera's Migjorn coast, with turquoise water over a shelving sandy bottom, becoming rocky with sand patches and Posidonia seagrass further offshore. South winds drive swell and strong currents onto this shore, while north or east winds bring calm conditions suited to wind sports and swimming. It is the only lifeguarded beach on this stretch, staffed May-October, with a jet ski on site.
