Castell de Ferro · Spain
A 1.3km dark gravel beach on the Mediterranean coast, facing southeast, popular in summer as a family swimming and sunbathing spot and Blue Flag holder. It also serves as a freeride kite and windsurf venue with a reliable southwest thermal wind, though gusts and wind-shadow from the hills behind make the launch zone tricky close inshore. Moderate waves occur but there is no defined surf break. Disabled access is available; tidal range is negligible.
