A long, busy urban beach with dark, fine sand and a beach break of lefts and rights, fairly consistent but mostly flat in summer as the short Mediterranean fetch favours windswell over groundswell. Hazards include rips and rocks. Blue Flag certified, with a surf practice area and nautical activities permitted; nudism is not allowed. The break is surfable at any tide stage. Cruz Roja post on site; lifeguards cover Easter through mid-September.
