A wide, flat sandy beach roughly 6-8 km long on the sheltered western shore of a bay, bordered by a natural park. The sandy bottom and bay position suppress wave action, marked unsuitable for surfing, making this a flat-water venue for kitesurfing and windsurfing with a formally zoned kite area near a breakwater. The park section bans water navigation in summer to protect nesting wildlife. Lifeguard cover includes rescue boats and watchtowers.
