A quiet, crescent-shaped fine-sand beach in a preserved coastal landscape beside oyster-farming marshes, less busy than neighbouring beaches. Flat and sheltered, it suits calm-water bathing rather than surf or wind sports. Swimming is only possible around high tide — banned at low tide, leaving roughly a two-hour window per tidal cycle. Animals are prohibited from 1 June to 30 September. A lifeguard post supervises daily from 10 July to 29 August.
