A 350m+ pebble beach with a steeply shelving pebble seabed, calmer and less crowded than nearby city beaches. Not a surf spot; the coastline here is an exposed beach break with generally flat, unreliable waves. It is the only local beach with jet ski rental (May-September), with a marked lane separating craft from swimmers. Dogs are allowed off-leash in a designated zone, with full disability access. Lifeguards staff it daily through summer.
