A 500 m wild sandy beach backed by dense maquis on Corsica's Balagne coast, with clear water, a gentle gradient and rocky fringes good for snorkelling. A nearby reef break gives powerful, inconsistent waves for wind and wing foil, but its launch zone is infested with sea urchins, and the shorebreak dumps, unsuitable for kite or windsurf landing. Dogs are prohibited. Lifeguards cover it in July-August; strong Libeccio winds can make swimming hazardous.
