A broad, 900 m, west-southwest-facing sandy beach sheltered between two Genoese-tower headlands, with rocks on its southern side. A beach break exposed to prevailing westerly swell and wind, with a designated kitesurf zone and surf when conditions build; the bottom deepens quickly after entry. Suited to calm-water swimming in light-wind mornings, and to surfing and kitesurfing. Supervised swimming operates in season. No jet-ski or tow services nearby.
