A wild, protected SW-facing cove near Pointe de Trévignon, Trégunc, within a Natura 2000 reserve, with views across to the Glénan archipelago. Granite boulders create snorkelling conditions at high tide; at low tide the cove becomes shallow and rocky. Not a surf or board-sports spot. Dogs and horses are banned year-round to protect nesting birds. Supervised bathing operates in July-August, roughly 10:00-19:00. Atlantic tidal range here is about 3.5 m.
