A wide, roughly 600 m west-facing sandy beach break in a rocky cove, giving calm family swimming and a beginner/intermediate break, with rocks exposed on both flanks at low tide and a central channel as the safe route. Best wind for kite/windsurf is N/NNW side-on. In July-August, watersports are permitted only outside lifeguard hours (roughly before 12:00 or after 18:00). Lifeguarded some summer days by SNSM; large tidal range (approx. 6.7 m).
