This is a 500 m arc of fine sand sheltered by low rocky headlands and backed by cliffs, with calm, shallow turquoise water. ENE exposure catches northerly and easterly winds, supporting windsurfing and SUP, while the rocky far-left section offers snorkelling and informal nudism. There is no surf break. Dogs are banned May to October. A lifeguard service runs 1 May to 31 October, with jetski rescue craft for remote areas.
