A compact family cove on Ibiza's northern tip, with fine white sand, a gentle sandy bottom, and shallow, calm water sheltered by the bay and offshore islands; its southern flank turns rocky, suited to snorkelling. Summer watersports (water-skiing, banana boats, SUP, pedalos) run from a buoyed bathing zone. Kitesurfing is banned here May-October. It is the only lifeguarded beach of Portinatx's three; an amphibious wheelchair aids disabled access.
