A long (1,500-2,000 m) golden-sand beach break in a protected dune landscape, with consistent surf and multiple peaks most of the year, handling swell up to about 2 m; also used for kitesurfing. Rocks at the centre grow hazardous in heavier swell, generating strong rip currents; entering alone in big surf is advised against. Lifeguards are on duty daily from 13 June to 8 September. Dogs are banned 1 May-30 September; nudism is not permitted.
