A sheltered, south-facing cove on a Brittany peninsula with a sandy beach-break becoming a right-hand point break on bigger swells behind a rocky headland. Waves run straighter at low tide, with lefts developing higher up; submerged rocks line the point, and marsh-stream runoff can bring strong currents in winter. Suited to most levels at mid-to-low tide, hazardous at high tide with a strong current. Unsupervised, no lifeguard or tow service.
