A quiet, sheltered tidal bay beach on the Cote de Granit Rose, between an island and a peninsula, facing open water northwest. The sand-and-pebble bay is shallow, with no surf break; swimming is possible only at high tide, while low tide exposes cockle and clam beds for shellfish gathering. Windsurfing and kitesurfing are area activities given the open NW exposure. Unsupervised, no lifeguard post. Dogs banned 1 May-30 Sep, leashed the rest of the year.
