A quiet, semi-wild sandy beach curving into a sheltered bay, backed by greenery, mainly used by campervan and camping visitors. The mixed bottom of sand, pebbles, shells and mud or silt is exposed at low tide, so footwear and high-tide entry are advised. Minimal swell, no surf break, but a designated kitesurf zone, plus sand yachting, pedalos and shellfish foraging. Unsupervised year-round, no lifeguard. Dogs banned 1 March-30 September.
