A 0.8km sandy beach at the mouth of the Aber Benoît estuary, backed by a large preserved dune system within a protected Natura 2000 zone. This is flat water, not a surf beach — a windsurf, wingfoil, catamaran, and kayak spot with a seasonal hire base, drawing families and intermediate-to-expert sailors. The gentle slope has rocky outcrops and submerged rocks near the dune margins. Estuarine tidal currents can be strong. Supervised in season.
