A wide, gently sloping beach of fine white sand, about 1,200 m long, facing ENE into a sheltered bay of calm, clear water. Rocky, posidonia-fringed flanks frame the sand, but there is no surf break — it suits swimming, pedalos and paddleboarding rather than wave or wind sports. The seabed off the western headland is sandy at 3-4 m, suitable for anchoring. Lifeguards operate daily 10:00-18:00 (to 19:30 in July/August), May to October.
