A small (about 150 m), sheltered sandy beach with fine pebbles at a hamlet entrance, between the sea and a protected salt marsh, with a picnic area and a naturist zone. Gently sloping sand, no surf break - suited to swimming, diving and paddleboarding. Kitesurfing and windsurfing must launch from channels at Merou or Almanarre, not here. Dogs and barbecues permitted; no smoking. Lifeguards cover the beach daily, 1 July-31 August, 10:00-19:00.
