4Shor scores conditions for 10 water sports: Surfing, Windsurfing, Kite Surfing, Kite Foiling, Wing Foiling, E-Foiling, Paddleboarding, Swimming, Kayaking and Canoeing. Each sport is scored on a 0–100 scale across Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Expert ability levels, updated every hour.

4Shor's ShorSense™ system combines satellite-derived seafloor mapping, nearshore wave models, wind and tide data to produce a hyper-local 0–100 score for each sport. A score of 80+ means Excellent conditions; 60–79 is Good; below 40 the session is usually not worth the drive.
