A wide Atlantic flat-water beach with a mud-and-sand bottom thick with shells, used mainly for kitesurfing, windsurfing and wingfoiling rather than surfing; rocks sit near a small dike on the north side, and booties are essential. Swimming has been banned since 2018 for bacterial contamination, and the beach is unsupervised. The spot only works around high tide; low tide exposes mudflats blocking access. Kiting is barred from the right section in summer.
