A two-mile exposed Atlantic beach break in Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, backed by a tall pebble storm bank, used for surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, and kayaking. Shifting sand banks produce lefts and rights up to 100 m, with a point break at the north end at lower tides. At high tide the sand can submerge completely, leaving only the pebble bank. RNLI lifeguards patrol 17 June-3 September. Dogs banned from the middle third 1 May-30 September.
