Plage du Vahidy Canoe Forecast
Saint-Julien · France
Plage du Vahidy scores 82/100 for canoe today at its best ability level (intermediate). The beach faces E. This small, wild, dune-backed sandy beach lies on the sheltered east side of the Quiberon peninsula, within the Baie de Quiberon, shielded from Atlantic swell and westerly winds, favouring flat, calm water over surf. The seabed turns rocky at low tide, so entry is easier at mid-to-high tide. Nautical sports, kitesurfing, scuba diving and paddleboarding are practised here. It is generally unsupervised, and dogs are allowed; nudism occurs.
