A 2 km fine-sand beach in a large coastal nature park, with a gently sloping, shallow seabed calm enough for families and swimmers. It hosts one of only three authorised Côte d'Azur kitesurf spots, in a summer zone at a river mouth reached via a buoyed channel, plus a separate windsurf zone; boats must otherwise stay 300 m offshore. Flora picking is banned; the adjoining estuary is a protected site. Lifeguard cover runs through summer.
