Cala Tuent scores 30/100 for kitesurf today at its best ability level (beginner). The beach faces NW. A remote, NW-facing cove of mixed sand and shingle below Puig Major, reachable only by mountain road or boat, about an hour from Port de Soller. The water is almost always calm and clear, with rocky headlands and seagrass beds making it a snorkelling destination rather than a spot for surfing or water-skiing, as waves are rare. There is no lifeguard in season, and strong currents can occur outside the marked swimming zone on rougher days.
