A large, remote, west-facing Atlantic beach in Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, with a hybrid beach-and-reef break: peaks along the bay over sand and rock, a left-hander off a southern reef, and low-tide sandbars producing hollow, fast sections. Also used for kitesurfing and windsurfing. Submerged rocks, sandbanks, and rip currents are present. RNLI lifeguards patrol mid-June to early September, 10am-6pm; unguarded otherwise. Dogs allowed year-round.
