A sheltered, roughly 500 m fine-sand beach in a quiet northwest-facing cove on the Trégunc coast, within a coastal zone protected since 1982. Calm and family-oriented, it suits beginner watersports and tidal exploration; bodyboarding and surfing are also practised locally, the cove moderating swell from its Atlantic exposure. Water quality is rated excellent. Unsupervised, no lifeguard post recorded. Tidal range about 3.5 m widens the sand at low water.
