A restored sandy beach on Gibraltar's Mediterranean-facing east side, retained by two curved groynes and a submerged breakwater. Facing ESE, it catches easterly swell and offers some wave-riding potential, though surfing is banned between 10am and 8pm on summer days. The submerged breakwater is a hazard for craft at low water.
